Core metrics for mixed-signal integration, signoff, and bring-up decisions.
Core metric families
Clocking: jitter budget, lock stability, uncertainty delta.
SerDes: BER, training pass rate, lane margin, retry count.
Converters: sample validity, calibration residual, saturation/overflow behavior.
Physical/signoff: keepout violations, substrate coupling, IR droop at islands, waiver count.
Program: blocker burn-down, closure confidence, owner signoff completeness.
