This section turns the rest of the course into interview performance. Timing interviews test judgement under uncertainty: can you name the check, compute the slack, say what a fix costs, and say what evidence would close the question? Every lesson uses the same answer framework, Assumption, Mechanism, Trade-off, Evidence, so the habit carries to questions you have not seen.
Work it in order. First the whiteboard framework, then the drills to make it fast, then the scenarios to rehearse narration, and finally the Q&A bank and the expanded bank for breadth. Time yourself on the drills and the rapid-fire round.
